Return & Exchange Policy
At SILVER JWELLS 925, we aim to provide premium products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy before requesting any return or exchange.

Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange only if the item is unused and in original condition. Exchanges are valid only for wrong or damaged products (with proof).
For other reasons (size, preference, error), customers must pay shipping charges.

Return Policy
We do not offer refunds. Returns are only for exchange or store credit if requested within 7 days and approved after inspection.
Store credit has no expiry, is non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Shipping Charges
If the issue is not from our side, all return/exchange shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Proof Requirement
Report issues within 48 hours via WhatsApp (+91-7737296030).
A 360° unboxing video showing package, label, and issue is mandatory.

Return / Exchange Process
Share order details, reason, and proof via WhatsApp or email (support@silversheen925.com).
If approved, pickup will be arranged in 4–5 days. Ensure availability and share handover video.

Non-Returnable Cases
Used or damaged items, late requests, size issues, wrong details, failed deliveries, minor variations, or missing proof are not eligible.

Final Decision
All return/exchange approvals are at SILVER JWELLS 925’s discretion and are final.
