Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
No cancellations, refunds, or replacements are allowed, except as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are not allowed.
In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, an unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory to raise a complaint.
Complaints without proper unboxing proof will not be entertained.
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Ensure availability to receive the parcel at the given delivery address.
