Shipping policy

At Silver Jwells 925, we aim to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

After dispatch, shipping usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on your delivery location.
Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, festivals, or due to unforeseen courier/logistics delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
In case of any promotional offers or free shipping deals, the same will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

4. Delivery Area

We currently ship across India.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery.

5. Failed Delivery / Missed Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery two to three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping charges (if applicable) will need to be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, you must record a proper unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
We will review the video and take appropriate action as per our Return & Refund Policy.
